Acceptable Use

Shuttle Trivia is designed for workplace team-building. When using the platform, you agree to:

• Use it for its intended purpose — team-building, getting to know your colleagues, and having fun together.
• Not submit survey responses or content that is harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a workplace setting.
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Not use the platform to collect data about others for purposes outside of team-building.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We use magic-link authentication (no passwords), so protect access to your email account.
• Provide accurate information when signing up. Your name and email should be real — this is a workplace tool, not an anonymous platform.
• Organization admins are responsible for managing their team members and ensuring appropriate use within their organization.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

Service Limitations

• AI-generated content: Game questions are generated by AI based on survey responses. While we work hard to make them fun and appropriate, AI output may occasionally be imperfect or unexpected. Leaders can skip or remove any question during a game.
• Uptime: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance windows and occasional outages may occur.
• Data accuracy: Game scores, statistics, and completion tracking depend on real-time connections. Brief connectivity issues may occasionally affect accuracy.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Every organization receives one free game. Additional games can be purchased as credit packs or through an Annual Unlimited subscription, both billed through Stripe.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits expire 2 years from the date of purchase.
• Annual Unlimited subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Billing page. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have billing concerns.

Liability Disclaimer

Shuttle Trivia is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Intellectual Property

The Shuttle Trivia platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. Your survey responses and organizational data remain yours — we don't claim ownership of your content. AI-generated game questions are created for your use within the platform and are not independently copyrightable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
